Bento

Aldeia Bento is one of the indigenous communities that make up the Potiguara Indigenous Land, approved in 1991 and administered by the National Indian Foundation (Funai) 2. With a population of approximately 3,093 Potiguaras residing in the municipality, the village is an important center for the cultural and historical preservation of this people.
